How does it work?

1. Purchase: After checkout, you’ll receive an email from Corjl with a link to personalise your chosen design template.

2. Personalise: Edit your template directly in your browser — no apps or downloads required. Change text, fonts, colours and layouts live.

3. Approve: Once you’re happy with your design, approve your proof for print.

4. Print & Ship: We’ll professionally print and hand-finish your sign, then dispatch it within your selected turnaround timeframe.

Need help before printing? We’re always happy to review your proof or assist with edits.

Production Timeframes

Standard Production: Approx. 4–6 weeks + shipping

Rush Production: Under 10 business days + shipping (+$60). Rush capacity is limited. If your event date is close, please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping time is additional to production time and varies by location.

Collection may be available by arrangement from Aspendale Gardens or Dromana.

Will my fabric sign crease?

Some light creasing may occur during transit. We recommend gently steaming your sign before use for the best finish.

How do I care for my sign?

Cotton-Linen

Can be lightly steamed or ironed on a low setting.

Satin

Steam only recommended. Avoid direct prolonged heat on lettering.

Sheer/Tulle

Delicate fabric that should be gently steamed and minimally handled.

For all fabrics:

  • store rolled where possible
  • avoid excessive handling
  • suitable for calm outdoor conditions only

Do you offer custom artwork?

Yes. Select “Upload Your Own Design” on your chosen fabric collection and send us your artwork after purchase.

  • SVG
  • Editable Canva links

300 DPI recommended for best print quality.

Do you offer design support?

Yes. Minor layout adjustments are included, and additional custom design support is available if required.

Stand Hire

Are the stands easy to transport? Yes. Our stands dismantle into separate lightweight pieces and fit in most standard vehicles.

Do you ship stands? Stands are generally collection and return only.

Do you offer delivery or setup? Courier delivery or setup may be available upon request at additional cost.

Umbrella Hire

Are umbrellas suitable for wind? Our umbrellas are suitable for calm weather conditions only.

Do umbrellas fit in a car? Yes. When disassembled, they fit in most SUVs, 4WDs and larger vehicles.

Delivery and setup can be arranged upon request and pending availability.

My event date is close — what should I do?

Please contact us before ordering and we’ll advise honestly on current turnaround availability.
